Jenni's JABB 190 Playlist aka Civil War Songs

Since stupid Q and A doesn't really lend itself to a thematically-related playlist, I decided to do a Promotion Day playlist.  Sadly, "Beautiful Dreamer" is not available for download.  But I hope you'll enjoy these other Civil War era songs.  While I intended to try and equally represent the North and South I don't think that ended up happening, simply because I pretty much just had to use what was available.  Basically I just tried to assemble a group of songs Andrew might have heard in the days of Lincoln.

1.  "Booth Shot Lincoln/I'll Learn You How to Rock Andy" ~ from the Civil War Collection
(Right... Like I'd pass on a piece with a title as relevant as that!  Just not sure I like the idea of rocking Andy...)
2.  "Shenandoah" ~ Benjamin Willmott

3.
"The Blue Jay / Girl I Left Behind Me" ~ Red Clay Ramblers
4.
"Dixie" ~ Mary Z. Cox
5.  "The Battle Cry Of Freedom" ~ Rhonda and Sparky Rucker
6.  "Garry Owen" ~ Fieldstone
7.  "Marching Through Georgia" ~ Helen Beedle
8.  "Old 1812" ~ Jim Taylor
9.  "Battle Hymn Of The Republic" ~ Mormon Tabernacle Choir
(Cool since you can actually hear this performed on TBAA in the episode "A Winter Carol."  Feel free to pretend Andrew is on the drums.)
10.  "What I Am" ~ Acoustic Philosophy
(The only non-Civil War era song on this list.  It just made me think of Andrew's emotions during his assignment with John Wilkes Booth.)
